Ember & Spice began as a single charcoal grill in a courtyard kitchen, where the family recipe book was written by hand and remembered by smell more than measurement.
Three generations later, the fire hasn't changed — only the room around it. We still cook the way she did: slow, patient, unhurried. Every dish carries the memory of that kitchen.
We don't do menus that change with trends. We do food that holds its ground across decades, because the people who taught us to cook didn't have time for anything less.
